Top hospitality venue in Buckinghamshire seeks an experienced Catering Manager to manage the catering staff and catering operations on the property. Main duties will include staff & volunteer management, finance & business management, customer & visitor care and health, safety & security. You will be providing a high standard of customer service at all times, working front of house in the restaurant and aiding with food preparation so you must be a customer focused, team player with strong leadership skills and attention to detail. You need to have basic computer knowledge and a good level of numeracy and literacy. Experience of cost control, margins and staff management is essential as this will be a big part of the role.
